What Happens Next?

Effective May 22, 2020, Primo Water on Demand service will no longer be offered; however, you can still enjoy all of the benefits of beverage delivery service. We will continue to deliver the same delicious Primo branded bottled water products, as well as an array of new product and equipment options.

What are the Benefits of Sparkletts Service?

Flexible Delivery Options
Your account will be transitioned to a scheduled delivery route. You can manage the frequency of your service and the amount of water delivered on a per-order basis by signing up for an online account. If you order water on a consistent basis, our recurring delivery service is just for you. Call our customer care team at 877-819-8664 to set up recurring water delivery service.
Online Account Management
Creating an online account will also allow you to pay your bill, view and print invoices.
MyWater+ App
Use our app to quickly and conveniently communicate with us. You can view and change your upcoming deliveries and search and shop for new products. The My Water+ app is available for iOS and Android devices. You can download the app at the App Store and Google Play.
Same Pricing
Your pricing won't change – you'll pay the same amount for your 5-gallon bottles, and you won't be charged for bottle deposits.

Download the My Water+ app to easily communicate with us about your deliveries. You can view and change your upcoming deliveries and recurring orders, and search and shop for new products. Soon, the app will also give you delivery and billing notifications and let you make payments.

How does delivery
service work?

At this time, Sparkletts does not offer water-on-demand service. Your account will be transitioned to a scheduled delivery route. You can check your delivery day by setting up an online account or by calling Customer Care at 877-819-8664.

Once you've set up your online account, you can manage the frequency of your service and the amount of water received on a per-order basis. If you order water on a consistent basis, our recurring delivery service is just for you. With our recurring service, you will receive the same amount of water every 2 or 4 weeks. Call our customer care team at 877-819-8664 to set up recurring water delivery.

You can also use the MyWater+ app to communicate with us about your beverage deliveries.

Invoices

Our invoices are aligned with our delivery cycle. You will receive one invoice every 28 days. You will not need to take any action. Your AutoPay payment will be automatically applied.

Paperless Billing

You can also go green and save money by signing up for eInvoice. This will help you avoid the $4 fee charged for processing, handling and mailing paper invoices. We waive this fee for the first 90 days to give our customers time to sign up and avoid this charge.

Am I on AutoPay with your service?

You will continue to enjoy the convenience of AutoPay bill-paying. Your payment information has been transferred to us. You'll receive an email when your invoice is ready for processing, but you won't need to take action - your payment will be automatically applied.

As we make this transition, it may be necessary to make changes to current service routes, and you may have a new delivery person. It is our goal to deliver the same level of service excellence you've come to expect.

Your bottled water brand will not change. We will continue to deliver the Primo branded water you love, along with our Sparkletts® brand and an array of other better-for-you beverages including premium and sparkling water, coffee and tea. We also offer innovative equipment – bottled water dispensers and water filtration solutions.

Your pricing will not change – you'll be billed the same amount as before, and you will not be charged for bottle deposits.
